Sound quality is excellent and it is really easy to use. I love the ability to easily switch from Computer VOIP to regular phone and even to conference between them. I also love the freedom it gives me to roam around the office. The sound quality is really good even at very long distances from the base (at least 100 ft).Here is what I don't like. The earpiece is not that comfortable. It is not as bad as the other reviewer suggested, but I certainly don't "love" it. Could be MUCH better. The other problem I have is the fact that when the earpiece is in the cradle, the battery on the earpiece starts draining as soon as it finishes charging. In day-to-day use this is not a problem, but after coming back to the office from a 1 week business trip, the device will not work until I recharge the earpiece...
